I had the pleasure of designing this cake for Martin and Grace who were married in Cyprus next to the beach. Upon their return it was Grace’s birthday and Martin’s mum asked me to create a cake that incorporated their wedding but that said happy birthday too. She left the design up to me so I used the wedding invitation as inspiration and handprinted around the bottom of the cake and made the shells to compliment the colour scheme of the invites.
