Made this cake for an acquaintance. Me and the future mom really had a lot of fun brainstorming on the rough design. Her husband very much hopes it will be a boy, since he is ‘afraid’ that a girl might be a “horse-freak” like his wife. He himself is a big fan of the soccer team of PEC Zwolle, and the blue thing “Zwolfje” is the mascot of that team.

So the big question is: will it be horses or football :-) , the Pink side or the Blue side?

So not a “standard” gender reveal, but representing the internal joke of the future parents, about their “secretly dreaming about the future”. We love the exaggeration and the stereotyping. Just as a joke.
