These are my Lil Miss Cupcakes.. They were my first time entering at Salon Culinaire 2019 in the tasted cupcake division, and won me a bronze medal.
The cakes are Apple Strudel with Cinnamon Cream cheese frosting, and each lady is sat upon a isomalt heart.
I wanted to ensure I covered as many amazing ladies as possible in shape/size, ethnicity and even disability.
The ladies are made from a mix of sugarclay and Saracino, and each lady has a matching heart lingerie topper 🙂
