This cake is a small gluten free mud cake iced in bakels pettinice then airbrushed. I only had two days to make it so the bird has more framing in it then normal, due to lack of drying time. I also used Daisy Paste which can hold its shape well even if not set. The bird was airbrushed and handpainted
