Autumn Pumpkin

I was inspired by Autumn, harvest and thanksgiving as I am going to visit in the not too distant future. I had a picture in my head of what I wanted to create and here it is. The cake is a madeira sponge mix, filled with butter cream and a marrow and ginger jam. The little pumpkins are crystalised ginger covered in marzipan then buttercream and followed by orange fondant.
