This cake was made for a wonderful world record breaking event in Wells, UK last year. The challenge was to make the world’s largest ever dish of sauerkraut and my challenge was to make a cake that featured not only cabbage on the outside but also on the inside!

Yes my first ever chocolate sauerkrarcake, and I have to say it wasn’t half bad!!
