Vintage chic wedding cake

This was a gluten and lactose free wedding cake. A dark chocolate cake made with gluten free flour blend, almond milk and coconut cream dark chocolate ganache.

All the flowers were made with wafer paper and given a withered effect. The bride and grooms favourite bible verses draped across the top two tiers.
