Happy New Year!!
My first cake of 2019 was my cousins wedding cake.
The Elvetham Hotel is an amazing venue and it was beautifully decorated with lovely Christmas trees and fairy lights. The cake fitted the theme perfectly and the other side was theatre themed as the lovely couple love a great show!
It’s also has their pet cats and rabbit to complete their bespoke design ☺️
Bottom tier was rich fruit cake with rum soaked fruit.
Middle tier was white chocolate and raspberry with a white chocolate buttercream and covered with white chocolate ganache.
Top tier was coffee and walnut with a salted caramel buttercream and covered with a chocolate ganache.
All details are handmade and edible except a few sprigs of fresh rosemary ☺️

Everything about this cake is fabulous! It is so beautiful and classy on the front and your theatre is amazing. My favorite part, of course, are the kitties and the bunny! A masterpiece for the bride and groom!
