Romantic blush rose wedding cake

This was for my friends Dawn and Brett, congratulations to them, they’ve been together 10 years and finally tied the knot.
Bottom and top tiers are vanilla white cake with vanilla smbc and raspberry conserve.
Middle tier is choc fudge cake with dark choc ganache…. Mmmmm!
The roses took me quite a few weeks to make in between cooking, cleaning and sorting out the kids. Loved this experience, learned a lot!
