Floating Muppet balloon cake

So excited with this cake, my first attempt at making a 3d structured cake. the ballons are all hand made faces of muppet characters and some shapes as fillers, underneath in a vanilla sponge cake. the base is a vanilla sponge with blue butter cream covered in fondant. This was based on an original muppets picture, and inspired from a fab online tutorial of a lady that had made a similar version. It took about 20 hours to make and was for my Goddaughters birthday yesterday, she loved it! Have just started my own facebook page, Kel Kel’s Cakes, so excited!
