I made this for my Granddaughters 1st Birthday. One tier was strawberry cake with a strawberry buttercream filling.
The other tier was chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. Both tiers were covered in vanilla buttercream. The Minnie Mouse ears and the bow were made from modeling chocolate, the “1” plaque and flowers were fondant accented with dragees.
