This cake was 3 tiers of dark chocolate sponge cake filled with dark chocolate fudge filling, iced with luxurious dark chocolate ganache.

It was then decorated at the venue with fresh succulents and foliage.

It’s the first time I’ve ever worked with Ganache! I usually just use buttercream!
