This is a 7” round dark choc mud layered with dark choc ganache and iced with IMBC (Italian Meringue Butter Cream). All decorations (except Tink doll) are made from fondant.
The party for this special little girl was held at a local playcentre and I received several ‘Wow!” Stares and compliments when I walked in!
