This cake was made for a surprise party on May 4, 2018. The top layer is chocolate cake filled with dulce de leche and covered in chocolate buttercream. The bottom layer is yellow lemon cake flavor, filled with fresh strawberries. The poodle topper is made out of fondant, gumpaste roses and cherry blossoms.
