The flowers of this cake were made with bean paste that I made at home, the petals are flexible and is a very pleasant paste to work, leaving the petals very thin and transparent.
The cake is a chocolate cake and ganache carved in the shape of a vase. I made roses, peonies, a ranunculus, sweet peas, small florizinhas and fillers greens and leaves. I hope you enjoy it, I personally enjoyed doing this project
