Do you remember those delicious chocolate fudge cupcakes that I made last week for the birthday of a Principal of one of the nearby schools? Well, a dozen more of those were requested for their son’s 8th Grade graduation party at home yesterday, now that he’ll be entering High School :) So sweet! Here they are, a dozen were packed up….. they wanted the same type of cupcakes but an extra request was to include peanuts. I made my delicious dark chocolate fudge cupcakes, topped them off with a light chocolate buttercream swirl, some chocolate sprinkles, nonpareils, white chocolate and toffee peanuts! A combination to make you drool :) And this morning, I received a call and was told that the children at the party REALLY REALLY loved the cupcakes especially picking off the white chocolate and peanuts to eat first :)
