One of my best friend’s youngest son,Tom, has an even bigger reason to celebrate his milestone birthday than most after receiving a new kidney after a year of dialysis and waiting for one. He’s been on a very restricted diet,so really hopes he enjoys tucking into a big slice of this today with all his favourite sweets on it!
