This 30 Kg raising day cake was a complete pleasure to work on. The challenges were that they wanted the cake in shades of pink with silver fondant accents however they didn’t want it to look like a wedding cake. They wanted delicate flowers but only a few. They wanted a touch of the world map without actually having the world map on the top tier. So, the top tier had a subtle look of the latitudes and longitudes. The result was Delicate shades of Cosmos flowers, silver fondant accents that looked simple and elegant on this 8 tiered Cake.
