This cake was made for a neighbour who’s sister was turning 60. To celebrate they are heading off on a road trip to the USA, taking in Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and San Francisco on their way.

I loved making this cake, from the hand painted passport and US map to the model with her trademark red lipstick.
