This is a 6” & 8” cake based on the children’s show “Olivia”. This was my first time trying the billowing technique, and I love it! I used the tutorial on this site by Justbakedcakes (thank you!!). Flower is gumpaste, Olivia is RKT & fondant/modeling chocolate.
