Maltese Traditional Almond Torte covered in homemade marzipan and sugar paste. An elegant cake to celebrate such a wonderful occasion. Sugar Orchids on top of the cake were a souvenir from the couple’s 25th wedding anniversary cake. I added my hand made sugar orchids around the cake to complement and enhance the floral theme.
