A lady who has had quite a few cakes from me requested that I make a cat for her nephew. He adored to look at cats but was terrified to touch them. So in a bid to make a cake that didn’t look to real a created this little fellow we called tins. I say little but he was huge,he is sitting on a 20inch round board. This is a chocolate mud cake ,all cake ,with whipped chocolate ganache filling and dark chocolate ganache coating.
