On the 20 Anniversary of the passing of Princess Diana. I was thrilled to participate in a collaboration in her honour along with a group of cake artists from around the globe. This is my piece, which was inspired by a simple but elegant dress with beaded roses. I also used white roses as they were her favourite flower and featured in a commerative garden created for her anniversary.
