Mr Gobbles

This is Mr Gobbles. I have been making him for 2 years now for thanksgiving & this year will be no different :) I am hoping for a GREAT thanksgiving fundraiser for my church this year! I usually make Mr Gobbles out of carrot or spice cake since they are both such great “warm” autumn flavors. :) The cakes are iced in BC with leaf shaped fondant feathers in orange, burnt orange and yellow and a star tipped BC body. I use my crown shaped wilton pan to bake my cake in.
