I designed this sugar sculpture for Canada’s 150th birthday. The maple leaf 🍁 has always been a symbol of Canada. In this piece I incorporated the maple leaf tartan, 150 sugar hydrangeas, and the Canada 🇨🇦 150 maple leaf.
I am proud to be a Canadian!!
