My 12 year old daughter is currently in love with all things Japanese and so when she asked for a Cherry Blossom cake a flower that I personally love too ….this is what I came up with .
I only wish I had finished this a bit earlier so that it could be photographed in daylight but she was over the moon and that’s all thar matters.
Balancing a fish bowl and lantern lights on a whipped cream cake was a learning experience .
Have missed several posts due to members of my family falling ill but will catch up 😍
