Bella has severe dairy and egg allergies so has never eaten her own birthday cake before. Mum requested a cake for Bella’s 3rd birthday that she could enjoy like everyone else. Bella was desperate for a Rapunzel cake
Having tried lots of vegan recipes I couldn’t get a vanilla flavoured big cake to work so I produced a RKT dress and decorated that. The RKT was made from dairy free margarine and was a big hit with the birthday girl! I also made vegan cupcakes to match the cake.
