The humidity is exceptionally and unusually high in my hometown .So this cake is special as it was a complete nightmare trying to make roses with cream.Cream was melting as I was piping and what takes me a few minutes took me hours to pipe and complete.But all’s well that ends well and my “Lavender mist” cream cake turned out gorgeous.
