Boricua cakes

I’ve had the pleasure of doing 2 Boricua cakes so far. :) I love them :) This one was a 10” Round Mojaito (Almond Soaked) cake. It had a strawberry filling. It was frosted with almond buttercream and decorated with a fondant PR flag. This was ordered by my very good friend for her brother who was visiting from Puerto Rico.
