It has been a while since I have posted here on CakesDecor.

This was my ever first bust cake made back in September 2016 in a privat class with Gisi of just little cakes. She’s an amazing teacher! This cake was also my daugther’s birthday cake. It was very delicious!

As you can see it got damaged by the airplane employees on the way back home. My heart stood still as I saw them throw my package with this cake inside! They just didn’t care about all the signs “Fragile” “this side up”… I was surprised as I opened the box – only her left shoulder, her nose, her eyes and her hair has suffered from the mistreat. I was expected that the whole piece would have total damage!

After this bad experience I always wonder how cake artists travel safely with their competition pieces by airplane!
