Before the day gets over sharing yet another special wedding cake.Special because I don’t think I will attempt this again .Height and diameters were both too sharp but client simply refused to take no for an answer and said he wanted four tiers within his budget .Sometimes when you are pushed you tend to break some of the barriers we create in our own minds .
My four tier sharp edged and narrowest ever whipped cream wedding cake(phew) …only the little blossoms are fondant .
