This is a cake I made for my daughter’s birthday! It is decorated with handmade sugar paste blossoms, buds and leaves that I made and put together to resemble cherry blossom branches. I used a picture tutorial by Zoe Clark Cakes to make the silver leaf butterflies. The cake was a chocolate stout filled with chocolate ganache and covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream!
