Red is such a beautiful bold colour but when it comes to cream one has to be so careful because one can"t undo a slight smudge on cream .Experience does count here especially when it comes to placing cream roses vertically in perfect placement .

This was an all whipped cream cake (except for buds) made for a birthday party .
