Ruby (40 years) Wedding Anniversary

For a lovely couple who wanted something not to over the top, but subtle and tasteful, and I gather from them I hit the mark with this design – phew!

The fondant ribbon round the cake had hearts cut out of it to echo the heart design ribbon on the cake drum and the flowers acting as a border to the photo were to echo the delicate white flowers in the bride’s bouquet on the day.
