This is my third year for making Ewan’s birthday cake and it’s always fun to see what he requests. This year he initially wanted a T-Rex but than became obsessed with Pokemon and so T_Rex was out! lol

I’m not great at carving so this cake stressed me out a little. The proportions aren’t quite right but I don’t totally hate him. Lol. He is all cake except for his ears and arms which are gumpaste. The ball is made from 50/50 modeling chocolate/fondant.
