A cake for a Ballroom Dancing instructor. The cake was coated in dark choc ganache before I finished the sides in a strip of white fondant. The top was fondant parquetry tiles which took over 2hrs to be cut, layed and laquered! The dancing couple were created from gumpaste and the musical notes are royal icing. Thanks for looking!

As a ballroom dance instructor myself, it’s a gorgeous cake, and I would have been honored to have received it! Just great work!!!
Have your say...
