This is my second of 4 cakes for a wedding fayre this Wednesday in a local beautiful country house named Old Down Manor. I have been following an online tutorial on Craftsy and was keen to use one of the new techniques, making a lace trim from rice paper. This means that all elements of the cake are edible.
