I have been wanting to combine my sugar flowers with an attempt at painted flowers for a while now. following a class with Sarah from The Chocolate Strawberry, a small private collaboration gave me the opportunity to do this.
The blossoms are all wired petals made from platinum flower paste and the painted blossoms are done with cocoa butter and edible dusts.
