This was a very difficult cake ,firstly it was 15 kgs of red velvet bittercream inside and secondly due to the sheer size converting a fondant cake design to cream was hard.Design was provided by the client and even though it took hours to complet,I gave it my best and it was the best possible replica in cream .Have attached an image of the 8 kg sharp edge .Frosting is whipped cream .
