We made this wedding cake for a lovely couple who were married near the ocean in Nova Scotia. It was a very intimate setting and the bride gave us freedom to create their cake. Their cake features isomalt jewels, sugar roses, pleated skirt with lace cutouts and a hand painted tier – lavendar. We also included some lambeth piping on the top two tiers. We loved making this cake – lots of flavours and a gluten free top tier for the bride. We also created a dessert table with macarons and hand piped wedding cookies.
