This was my first ever wedding cake. I am ok with the way it turned out, but not happy about rushing myself. It was very hot outside when I delivered it and the fondant began to get large bubbles. I blame it on the heat, but I know if I had not rushed and done it properly that would not have happened. The result is that you can see a rather large wavy line across the middle tier, and one in the upper right corner of the top tier on the side.

Topper is not hand made, but I love it. Cake is red velvet covered in red MM fondant and ganache drizzle. Strawberries are hand dipped.
