I made this cake for my brother in law’s 50th birthday. We are a biker family and he is a life member of the Harley Davidson motorcycle club – Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) :)
Cake is German Chocolate, pecan coconut filling, covered with chocolate Ganache. Fondant is MM fondant. Harley logo and ‘patches’ are edible prints. Flame/50 is hand cut and dusted.
