My entry for this year’s National Cupcake Championships.
A Chocwork orange was inspired by the wonderful patisserie work at Salon Cuisinaire and a dessert I had there this year!

Light Seville orange sponge with orange jelly pieces.
Topped with orange and chocolate orange mousse, Decorated with marbled dark chocolate Demi-spheres and chocolate curls.
