Besides the beautiful beaches, amazing hikes and views, the sea turtle is one of my all time favorites from Hawaii. So of course I just had to do one for this cake.

My cakes are coved and decorated in Satin Ice fondant. The sea turtle was sculted out of fondant (satin ice) and then hand painted.
