Toothless, from How to train your dragon. 100% edible… except for the internal support. Sculpted in homemade modelling chocolate. The cake is thin layered vanilla cake and ganache covered in homemade fondant. The banner is a mix of fondant and Chocolate.
Pretty happy with this one, only had the loosest idea of a plan when I got home that night and started baking the cakes and making ganache, fondant, and modelling chocolate… to deliver the next morning….
