Today a finally finished my cake for a little boy named Baer. The cake is completely dairy- free, so i made everything from scratch. I made a french meringue “butter” cream as filling combined with fresh raspberries. Tasted quiet good ( i ate half the bowl myself ;) ) All& all a big project..but one i really enjoyed :)
