I love doing white on white .Whether it is a simple or complex design it always has an elegance to it .I made this cake under a lot of stress due to political unrest in my small town and I was petrified that the couple would not be able to come and collect the cake .This is a 10 kg whipped cream cake with cornelli work ,matted tier with sharp edges and fondant peonies to make for a gorgeous fairy tale wedding cake .
