I call this cake “Happy Summer” because it was created for my daughter’s “End of the Year” class party.

It represents everything fun in a life of a 3 year old: beach ball, toys, digging in the sand, kicking off Crocks and walking barefoot.

My daughter was “supervising” the whole cake process and called it “My beach”, she would even count all the decorations while playing outside, just to be sure we didn’t miss anything…. turtle, crab, shovel, pail…. shoes…. big beach ball!!!! :)
