Sandcastle Wedding Cake

My first wedding cake! The wedding was a Beach theme wedding and the bride wanted her cake to look as a sandcastle. The seashells were made with fondant. The cake was covered in marshmallow fondant and then I brushed vanilla extract over the fondant to make it sticky for the vanilla wafers (the cookies) crumbs to stick and stay in the fondant. This made it looks like sand!
