Amy Winehouse 21st birthday cake. I’d wanted to try painting after seeing Shauna McGreevey’s Malefacent cake so this seemed like the perfect opportunity. The cake is a chocolate “Rolo” cake, filled with ganache and caramel and covered with chocolate ganache that has been airbrushed with gold lustre and the roses are covered with red edible glitter.
